When Susan Benjamin started Gwin Gryffon in 1995, needlepoint wasn't part of the plan.  But to lend ambiance to the workspace, pieces of her work found their way into the shop.  Gradually, clients' growing interest in seeing the work and learning more about traditional needle arts led to the establishment of a needlepoint boutique at the front of the winery. 

Today, Gwin Gryffon offers one of the finest selections of needlepoint
in Canada and stocks a wide selection of supplies and related 
needlework. The guiding principal to the shop's success is to cater to each client's request individually: custom orders, special orders and personal assistance are key to satisfying this very particular group of needlework artists.  Likewise, our suppliers, including the artists, the upholsterers and the designers are equally committed to providing outstanding service.
